Our Service Process

At Hound, we utilize extendable water-fed poles equipped with deionized water tanks. This technology allows us to clean windows safely, efficiently, and thoroughly.

Scrub

Our water-fed poles are fitted with nylon brushes at the end. As water flows through the bristles, we scrub the glass, frames, and sills to loosen and remove all dirt and debris.

Rinse

We then rinse the entire window using our mineral-free, deionized water. This ensures a streak-free finish, as the pure water leaves no marks or residues, unlike regular tap water from sprinklers or hoses.

Dry

Instead of using towels, which could reintroduce contaminants, we allow the windows to air dry naturally. This method ensures that the windows remain spotless and free from any impurities.

Quality Check

The day after our service, we follow up with our clients to ensure their satisfaction. If any contaminants are found on the windows after drying, we will promptly return to resolve the issue at no additional charge.
